Here is the issue I have going on.
Back ground:
- Hosted Exchange Server - All users can connect.
- Office 2010 - All user Cached Exchanged Mode
- All Windows 7
Situation:
User A: Creates a shared calender and give rights (editor) to User B and User C. He creates color categories for the people that work for him. So Joe - Blue, Lauren - Green, Garry -Yellow so on and so on.
User B: Is fine..sees everything and all the categories are the same colors all created by user A. - No Issue
User C:
In Cached Exchanged Mode
- User C sees the calender entries and can create new ones on User A calender. User A and B can see the entries entered.
- Cannot see any color categories that was created by User A
- Cannot use or see any color category created by user A or User B or use color to create categories. So User C can enter Joe (which we said above Blue) has a meeting but cannot set the color category.
TWIST
If User C does not use Cached Exchanged Mode..she sees everything perfect like User A/B.
Done so far.
- Recreated the mailbox.
- Reinstalled Outlook 2010.
- Checked the box to Upgrade to color.
Any ideas?
